"Avoid this office entirely. Our experience with Mike Devlin and Jocelyn was unacceptable. Our policy was cancelled without any notice, yet autopay continued to withdraw monthly payments. We only discovered the cancellation when the DMV warned us that our driver’s license would be revoked for not having active insurance — months after the office terminated our policy. Despite taking our payments, Devlin could not explain how or why the cancellation happened, and he was consistently unavailable whenever we called. The level of negligence and disorganization at this office is beyond anything we’ve encountered. We have permanently ended our policy with them and moved to another insurer."

"I would proceed with caution when dealing with this office. We had inherited a policy with Mike Develin as our agent when we purchased a business. First of all, every time you call the office, his staff says “well he might be coming in today.” I’m not sure Mike is really ever in the office or even checking messages that are left. Late last year, we left multiple calls, messages etc, all of which were left unreturned. We ended up switching policies to another company for worker’s compensation insurance. Even after this, getting in touch with Mike or his office was an impossible task. We called State Farm directly who attempted to reach out on our behalf as well. We were charged 159 for a policy that we had canceled, and State Farm directly had told us not to worry about this balance as our policy was showing up as inactive We just found out today that Mikes office had sent us to collections anyway. Pretty bold move to make for someone who doesn’t even show up to work."
